Ollie
Put your toes on the end of the tail, and your front foot in the centre of the board, or just behind the front truck bolts.
Crouch so you can touch the ground and pop very hard, so that the board is almost vertical.
At the same time slide your front foot up hard, this will bring the entire board off the ground.
level out by extending your legs (this will come naturally), and hey presto you're floatin'.
centre your weight for landing...
roll awaaaaaay.

Pop-shuvit
This is one of the easiest tricks to learn. Put your feet in the ollie position, but whilst you pop, push your front foot forward and your back foot back.
This will make the board spin 180 underneath you.
Dont worry, it takes a coupla days to learn, and when u first try it the board will always land at one side of you.

Kickflip
This trick takes a little longer to learn than an ollie.
Put your toes on the left side of the board, just to the left of the truck bolts, so the back of yuor foot is hangin over the side of the board.
Put your back foot on the tail, and pop, i mean seriously pop...
Slide your front foot up the nose, but as it reaches the top flick if off the side of the board, this will make the board spin underneath you.
Try your best to stay above the board, I found that trying to catch it with my back foot really helped. After a while you'll get it with both feet.
Persevere. This trick took me months to get totally right...
